Supervise/monitor the Stocks transactions at all levels against Planning and Forecasting.
Distribution Management through via software to ensure the proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KBI’s, GTM, GTD, Inventory Management etc.
Zone / Area Management through Geographic Analysis, Potential Estimation, Infrastructure Analysis, Coverage Analysis and Call Frequency Analysis.

Identifies and recommends the strategy of Dairy Development for FCT in terms of Milk collection, Milk QC/QA and Extension activities. Implements approved strategy of DDP from time to time for a sustainable local dairy farming and a stable source of raw milk supply for FCT.
Organizes and manages the Dairy Development operations to comply with governmental law and regulations.
Develops and manages the systems of Milk collection operations; Milk quality and food safety controls; Milk payment and Extension program to support a sustainable local dairy farming.
Organizes and coordinates raw milk-collection and -purchase in the collection areas.
Organizes and coordinates farm milk quality control, milk quality assurance at all levels from farms to factory gate.
Organizes and coordinates extension services to dairy farmers in the milk collection areas
Identifies and coordinates the training programs for Dairy Development staff to adapt with developed milk collection methods, systems of milk QC/QA, milk pricing and extension services.
Sets-up, organizes and implements the day to day updated dairy husbandry training courses to extension staff and local farmers
Organizes and implements projects for day to day updated methods of milk collection, milk QC/QA and milk pricing system AND to secure Dairy Development operations (maintain and growth).
Organizes and implements special extension projects to enhance dairy development such as farm-inputs organization, grouping of farms for milk delivery, implements pilot farms for new farming methods.
Being representative of FCT as an advisor and/or a key partner in government\'s discussion on relevant issues of dairy development.
Builds Dairy Development into a strong Corporate Social Responsibility and acts as company’s spokesman to public (PR) for all matters related to Dairy Development.
Produces and manages operations plan of Dairy Development including production, staffing and budgeting.
Acts as an internal auditor and as an advisor to develop and improve the quality management system of raw milk collection and raw milk QC/QA.
